Writes Bill Haynes:

I went to the Tea Party Summit in Phoenix on Saturday solely because Ron Paul was there. It was a huge crowd, maybe 3,000. When Ron finished speaking, half the audience left. They had come to hear Ron. After a private meeting with about thirty of his more ardent supporters, he went to a book signing where about 350 people had been waiting for 45 minutes. I appreciate his dedication to the liberty movement.

Yeah, but to be fair, all the major speakers were done for the session....

agree, but the numbers don't add up. He won 15% of the on site straw poll. So were there 10,000 attendees, 7,000 who had left before he spoke?

just trying to get an accurate gauge of our support in that camp.
