Cops stumbled upon a Girl Scout Troop selling cookies at a stand...and they didn't have a permit! AWW isn't that sweet, don't they know they have to have the permission of the Police State to do things that are already legal!

But don't worry, the parents marched these little criminals into the Police Station, made them stare at the Badges of Power and black uniforms and automatic population-control weapons on the wall, obtain a permit, and now they are once again allowed to engage in legal commerce...legally!

Every one of those girl's fathers is grumbling about this (except maybe the one that stinks of patchouli and the one that watches the military channel naked) and each one of those impressionable young minds is getting ideas.

The important thing is that nobody died. It's way beyond unfortunate that we have to see things that way. But the bottom line is that these uniformed shaved apes just created a bunch of new libertarians. It sucks that this happens, but because they let them live, in reality this is probably a big victory for liberty.

Apparently a piece of paper can magically make sure you do not stand too close to the road.


The police chief said city council members adopted a peddler’s permit about a year ago after a young person was almost hit selling something too close to the street. The permit makes sure everyone follows the rules, he added, according to WXIA
