Did Rand endorse Moffett while I wasn't looking or is thinkprogress smoking something

Not sure if I should link it, but they are claiming Moffett is both endorsed by Rand and slamming Rand's 'budget proposal'.

So I guess it falls into the 'smoking something' category, again.

But if this follows the pattern of the election, netroots will pick it up from thinkprogress and we will be hearing of it as if it were fact.

Yeah, I saw Marcus on the email, but thinkprogress decided to pretend they thought it was an actual endorsement and is saying Moffett is slamming Rand's proposal, making it sound like Moffett is fighting a balanced budget amendment itself, not a con con.
