Mitch took some newly elected senators off to be psy-op'd, no Rand Paul

-

Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) “has traveled with six other Republican senators to Afghanistan and Pakistan to meet with American military leaders and with officials of those countries,” the AP reports.

McConnell said in a statement that he traveled with four newly elected senators: Sens. Kelly Ayotte, Ron Johnson, Marco Rubio and Pat Toomey. Also on the trip were Sens. Lindsey Graham and Richard Burr.

Those the lawmakers met included Gen. David Petraeus, who oversees U.S. forces in Afghanistan; Afghan President Hamid Karzai; and Pakistani military chief Gen. Ashfaq Kayani.

They also met with U.S. troops.

Mitch took some newly elected senators off to be psy-op'd, no Rand Paul

Yeah, you gotta wonder if Rand/Ron know about/suspect these things to avoid them.

the last thing we need is Rand coming back from such a trip saying: "Well the interesting thing is I COMPLETELY SUPPORT THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX AND WILL VOTE TO GIVE THE PENTAGON A 20% INCREASE"...

According to documents obtained by Rolling Stone, as well as interviews with members of the psy-ops team, the list of targets included senators John McCain (R-AZ), Joe Lieberman (I-CT), Jack Reed (D-RI), Al Franken (D-MN), and Carl Levin (D-MI); Rep. Steve Israel (D-NY) of the House Appropriations Committee

.... so..... are the votes they are casting now without-- or because of-- psy ops? I'm not entirely clear....
