apparently they took over the ronpaul2008 youtube account when a campaign staffer just let the domain name lapse for a few days, then wouldn't release it back, and no one was able to figure out who owned it. The site seems good, but that data point is a bit unsettling.

There was a ronpaul2008 youtube account that had infowars as a link in the description of one of their videos? I wonder if its owned by Alex Jones LLC..

It wouldn't surprise me..

We don't have standing but Ron does, likely, because of the website being appropriated after he built it up. They may decide he can't get it back, but he should at least get heard on the point, and could take discovery as a result, I should think.

I left a message on their "Contact us" form.. they do seem to keep the site up to date, hopefully they'll mention it.
