I was searching for this rat on Twitter because I felt like he voted for the PATRIOT ACT the 2nd time around after NOT voting in the first vote. He did, he also introduced an Amendment to stop federal funding to libraries. Found it interesting. Still voting him out.

What a dunce. Vote for control of police state yet write a bill for states rights. Lame sauce.

This is kind of stupid IMO. I'd like to see the things that are actually costing us an incredibly significant amount of money, eroding the ability to exercise our rights, and putting innocent lives in danger being eliminated first. At least with these libraries, someone benefits - with war and measures like the PATRIOT Act, no one benefits in the end.

Books are things of a bigone era.

Let the museums keep the books.

Much like getting shot in the shoulder from a shotgun and stressing out about the paper-cut you received earlier.

I'm all for cutting spending, but public libraries are one of the last things I'd be looking at. I grabbed a number from the net and it looks like public libraries only account for about 1.3 billion per year.

Although I am dissapointed that Garret voted for Patriot act, he is one of the better ones. Part of RLC, and campaigned for Rand back during the early primaries when Rand visited NY, so hes better than 9/10 of the rest.
