Could the states nullify the legal tender laws??

There are two ways to go with this.

1.) The state introduces a competitive currency and ignores any federal claims to a monopoly on currency.

2.) The states declares federal reserve notes as unconstitutional and illegal in their state.

#2 is obviously much more radical and would require a lot more commitment from the people of the state(s). I doubt we will see approach #2 anytime soon.

But yes, we can fight the fed with nullification / state sovereignty!

We don't have any petitions for this on WeRefuse just yet but we will be adding these and other initiatives shortly.
