She should just tell the cartels that the only way they'll be allowed to sell drugs is if TSA first fondles their nuts before every sale. That will do to drug sales what it has done to domestic airline travel.

Reminds me of the DEA agent who shot his own foot while giving a talk to a class of schoolchildren.

Yeah, the talk was on firearms safety. lol! :)
