Is this legitimate? Or just a use of Paul's picture unjustly?

Looks like they gave Rand $2,500 during his election according to the AFL-CIO
"The Rand Paul for Senate campaign says their guy was glad to get $2,500 from the National Right to Work Committee (NRTWC) because the group “supports candidates best suited to protect Americans from labor union abuses.”" - http://blog.aflcio.org/2010/07/03/rand-paul-and-the-right-to-work-for-less/

Very possible they did that with permission.

H.R. 697: National Right-to-Work Act (http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h110-697)

To preserve and protect the free choice of individual employees to form, join, or assist labor organizations, or to refrain from such activities.

Ron Paul supports it at least.

Rand's Chief Of Staff was a former Right To Work guy. They provided support to Rand in the election.

Rand is certainly Right to Work, and not apologetic about it. I find it odd that anybody believes that racketeering should be legal via unions.

National Right to Work is an A Class organization. Glad to know a lot of their staff personally.

Already covered, but not a scam.

A few Rand staffers worked for NRTW.
