well, except that Rand has a clue about economics....

But it looks like Mike Lee joined him in voting no on the 90 day reauthorization, and neither filibustered at this point in return for getting more debate and another crack at it within 90 days.

there's no point in fillibuster when "they" have 82 votes, Reid will just motion to dismiss it and it will be dismissed

Fillibuster is for things where there is less unanimity

funny. I am fully aware of that, I was just pointing out that he at least had enough leverage to get a much shorter extension.
