I just sent this email off to a company I ran across. They may be an evil GloboChem or whatever but I don't care. Maybe I'll start a hot topic at some water cooler.
Figured I'd share a few things about me as a consumer since your product impresses me and your site didn't make me 'opt in' to anything.
Never heard of this wacky pen of yours until I saw a commercial on T.V. I think I was watching a Batman rerun. Well, my girlfriend was anyway.
So I looked up the website. Pretty cool.
Clicked on F.A.Q. Opened up a weird football field or something. Am I playing fantasy football right now? NO. I'm getting excited that this futuristic pen thing is only $79.
So I clicked on one of the links for a frequently asked question, and it opened the answer in the same window - but I had no back button. Arg. NO BACK BUTTON IS ALWAYS == ARG. Once I was frequently answered, i didn't know where to go, apparently. I clicked the close button on the top right, to try to get back to the F.A.Q 'list', but it closed the window. Dangit, shoulda used backspace.
Anyway, this is the point at which I become a valuable consumer. I went back and tried to figure out why I had trouble.
Bingo - 'back to search results' link didn't mean anything to me cause i hadn't searched anything. awkward wording and awkward FAQ for newcomers to site. i can now see now that it's aimed in large part at those who already own the product. Perhaps split off a 'Support Database' for tech support and add a revamped FAQ for noobs.
Hope this helps, and if it does, I could use $100 bucks or so. Just kidding, I'd rather you send it to the Ron Paul 2008 Presidential Campaign at www.ronpaul2008.com.

BTW the site in question is http://www.flyworld.com/buyfly/index.html . the pen's pretty cool.
