Among those members who still owe funds to the NRCC: Nebraska Rep. Lee Terry, who owes $169,000; South Carolina Rep. Joe Wilson, who owes $191,000; and Florida Rep. Bill Young, who still needs to pony up $379,000.

California Rep. Gary Miller has $211,000 in outstanding dues, Texas Rep. Ron Paul has $325,000; and Michigan Rep. Thaddeus McCotter has $475,000. North Carolina Rep. Walter Jones will be expected to pay $262,000; New York Rep. Pete King owes $40,000; and Iowa Rep. Steve King will be expected to pay $195,000.

How much does the NRCC ask for in dues? :confused:

I'm guessing that given his completely safe district (i.e. he won't ever be needing any NRCC help) and his antipathy towards electing more neocons, that this was a conscious decision on his part...

Never heard of this, but it's just another sign that the 2-party system is totally messed up. The parties make up the rules as they go which affect us as if they were laws.

I know he gave money to the Texas party when it was going bankrupt last year. I suspect it is just now due or something. Or disputed.
