This is very related to what he was asked and said on CNN this morning.

One thing I did pick up is that he thought that children who were too young to make good choices should be "protected" (my note: by gvmt coercion) from such things.

This brings up a couple of questions: How young is "too young to make good decisions"?

Who decides?

I'm sure "the parents" will not be considered as a possible answer.

Laws on these things and others like age of consent, the age you can vote, drink, get a drivers license, be able to work, and marriage have varied by state from 12 to 21.

Thinking of voting, I would tend to think younger, maybe 16, but with compulsory schooling so that mostly leftist teachers get more time with kids than their parents do, that is a scary prospect. One thing I did learn in college is that in education majors / classes, if your political views didn't match those of your instructor you had ZERO chance of passing that class. The socialists / communists are very entrenched here and have been for years.

Why was this interview censored in 2008?
