The bill would require the vast majority of state, local and school employees to pay half the costs of their pensions - typically 5.8% of pay for most state employees. In addition, state workers would have to pay at least 12.6%(up from around 6%) of their health care premiums.

The left is raging out from this move. One state senator said "the governor comes across more like a dictator and less like a leader." Mind you Wisconsin has a $3.6 billion budget shortfall over the next 2 years.
I got an aunt who works for the state so i got a facebook invitation to a protest in Madison, and I promptly clicked NO!
I am for the cuts of benefits, but the way he is going about it is kinda iffy(stripping the unions of collective bargaining rights, instead of negotiating)
