Today, Chris Matthews (I think) said something like, Huckabee's ideas are 'conservative', "but he doesn't sound angry when he talks."

Yes, he may dilute the neocon vote, but the bottom line is: This guy needs to go.

Surfing the cable news today, I noticed this nobody's getting all the attention, while Paul, of course, is almost totally ignored. Maybe they'd igore Paul anyway, but it would be a lot harder if this affable jackhole wasn't blowing so much smoke, making it easy for the fascist media to pretend like this guy's ever going anywhere.

Any ideas when (or if) he'll have to give up?

Very well done!
I have always thought that Huckabee looked like a chipmunk

Thank you:) *Humbly takes bow*

A long time ago Leno did a piece where he dressed up these adorable, cuddly puppies in Nazi uniforms. The audience reaction was laughter and a unanimous "awwwwwww," showing that cuteness overpowers offensivness.

I think the same principle applies here.

Huckabee makes a certain demographic feel smart. He doesn't talk about things that might make their eyes spin around in their sockets.

Why would he have to give up? Does it matter if you're broke when you get your media coverage for free?

I think you're on to something. I have to admit he is funny and likeable, and that's going to appeal to a lot of people.

I would think that he is at least going to make it to Iowa, assuming NH goes first.

However, I don't know that his campaign can withstand his apparent lapses in judgment during his tenure as governor of Arkansas, specifically with regard to the Wayne Dumond case.

On the Cobert report show he joked about breaking the host's other hand. Not so cute after all.

Yeah, and he made that comment about the other candidates needing to get into a warm bath of razor blades. What kind of preacher says crap like that?

I'm convinced he's Kevin Spacey's evil arch nemesis.

They erroneously feel that they can keep their war with huckabee since the other neocons liek romney and Guliani are despised but really they are just ensureing themselves a Hillary Presidency and maybe that is wht "they" want more war.....and shell give it to them...thsi will fail if theri real intention is neocon in the Whitehouse.....i think once converte dto Paul you see through Huckster easy....its just converting a Hucskte rto a Apul which could beome harder. The issue is teh war and if 30% are for it then assume they will vote Huckabee...and we need to focus more on the rest, the independents or those that left the party for the war...
