There's little practical reason for me to join an organization like Young Americans for Liberty, since I don't go to college and have no local campus chapters anyway. But after that *other* purportedly libertarian group with "Young Americans" in its name severed all ties with Ron Paul over the Dr.'s principled opposition to foreign imperialism, I decided that YAL is an endeavor I would be very proud to support. Its nominal 10 dollar membership fee would be money well spent to deliver a massive "screw you" to that *other* group!

Way to f*&% yourself, YAF. I'm joining YAL and lending my support to REAL freedom fighters, 'cause ya dun goofed!!!

Definitely. If you're like me and have wanted to support YAL but keep putting it off and putting it off, this is the ultimate time to join up. I just sent that first annual membership fee and believe me, it feels so good!

It's always great when they're interested in liberty at such an early age. I have a kid sister who's almost college-bound now, but she has zero interest in politics or activism of any kind. :-(
