It was combined ballots, so if someone barely got 2d both times but more votes overall it would show up, but it wasn't second choice win, precisely.

Oh they combined the ballots, they didnt make that too clear, however it is impressive.

I only saw a blip of the graph on CPAC streaming, but it looked like Gary Johnson would have won the straight 2nd choice (not combined). It makes sense, since most people that voted Paul for 1st would vote Johnson for 2nd.

And then they immediately proceeded to show the results of the online poll in which he wasn't an option. It doesn't get much more blatant.
