I know what the Nolan chart is, I don't understand why there are so many flags in the liberty quadrant. Each flag represents what? Are only Paul and Reagan ranked up in the liberty quadrant?

apparently they were poking flags at the candidate they support most. The candidates were nolan charted. I am pretty sure Ron's picture is in that top corner representing 'liberty', however YAL says they got the positions of the candidates on the Nolan chart from a Dem site that ran them.

It does seem odd to impale one's candidate with flags, but there you go....

I'm assuming a flag = individual voter's position on the chart.

They had a nolan chart type of survey that you filled out and they added it up and put a flag on there for it.

They had various politician's pictures in the squares that they fell under. Ron Paul was in the top square, Romney and Huckabee were lower down a bit to the right, Hitler and Stalin and Satan were on the very bottom.
