In the House ther are 52 members of the tea party caucus.

Somebody needs to correct that Long Island Bob guy on page 4. He claims that all the Patriot Act allows if for the FBI to ask a judge for a warrant. Um no - that's what the constitution allows. The Patriot Act allows the FBI to write its own warrants without involving the judge whatsoever. I'm sure most of you know that - but it's always great to educate others. This is why it is so frustrating. People are so ignorant of these things and many times when you try to inform them they just do not listen, or call you a 'conspiracy kook', or other ad hom's. What the hell does he think NSL's are for? Roving wiretaps? Perjuring yourself? I mean come on.
