I need a statement on property rights something like:

/--
The right to own property is absolute in a Constitutional Republic, and no liens or seizures shall issue against any title of real property for lack of service or tax.

Inherited real property shall not be subject to lien or seizure for lack of service or tax,

The State shall not issue or enforce any eviction for any reason of an deeded owner from real property and/or inherited real property except as held under Eminent Domain Law (as reformed on the 2012 NC Constitutional Amendment).
--/

I'm also thinking of something truly weird, like the State sells allodial titles to real property for a one-time tax of 100% market value. Have to think about that...

ETA - if the 2012 Amendment doesn't make it I can always insert it's language here in place of "Eminent Domain Law"

Keep it simple.

Property is a fundamental natural human right inherited through our humanity which shall not be infringed. Property is essential to the cultivation of liberty and its blessings and to the enrichment of society through economic harmonies. Abridgement against property and self is inherently tyrannous and is antithetical to the values of a free-society.

etc. etc. then go on to repeal eminent domain, seizure and forfeiture of property based on not paying taxes, repeal of income/sales/property/gas/etc. etc. taxes, and everything else that comes from the abridgement of property.

Right, or better, further restrict Eminent Domain from the Constitutional Amendment being put to the people in 2012.

Might I suggest something more anglo-saxon in origin, perhaps with a Hemmingway influence rather than Faulkner.
