I just saw this feature. How do you view how many points people have?

You can't. You only know if they are in the negative or positive in increments of 100.

You also can't see which posts of somebody's were repped or a history of which posts you have repped.

bar at top:

community ==> member list

then along the top, click on reputation and you can get a list of ppl ranked by how many reputation points they have. It doesn't tell you how many.

to find out your own, click on the star by one of your posts, and it will tell you how many you have, but not who gave them to you.

Maybe there is a way to find out more. If so IDK

You can see your own by clicking on "Control Panel & Settings" on the top of the page.

Its a neat little function. And for the most part, people seem to be ignoring the negative rep, except for the jackass who called me an idiot in his comment for thinking that Dick Cheney should probably not be burned at the stake.
