10 minute warning

This may or may not be about Patriot act provisions and national security letters.

save you some time - this is to massively expand the the cops ability to enter your home if they SUSPECT an illegal act is going on inside and can then enter and use anything they find against you. NO WARRANT REQUIRED!

ie: knock ==> flush ==> kick!

more of our rights going down the porcelain god.

Dude all you have to do is do like the FCC is trying to do. Just redefine search or call it something else like "visual inspection", or "safety check".....who could possibly be against safety...only Muslim terrorists could be against safety. And that goes for being against the Patriot Act, terrorists, only traitorous terrorists would dare question the PATRIOT act.

I was listening for a while and the arrogance of these judges sickens me.

They think it's enough for us to able to open the door and refuse a search without a warrant and think that the criminals are too "stupid" to exercise their rights in this fashion. Figuratively speaking: Off with their heads!
