Last week I posted youtube estimates on “Ron Paul” in quotes, which represent exact search term. One week later, Ron Paul is down 218,000 videos on Youtube to about 600,000 results. Just for kicks I searched “Barack Obama”, about 712,000 results. Too bad "Ron Paul" had "Barack Obama" beat last week, on youtube videos.

If it was 218,000 conspiricies linked to Ron Paul, I'm glad they're gone, but it sounds like media bias, may be starting to poke its ugly head once again! ಠ_ಠ

Needs more information before a conclusion can be drawn.

This has happened before. About a year after the last election they 'purged' his stuff down to much smaller numbers than it had been, I thought it had something to do with google buying the site.

Have you seen this video which might have some sort of explanation for this?

Also I'm willing to bet that the numbers that large counting the "hits" can be counted differently thus resulting in wildly different numbers.

"Winning" does not necessarily equate electoral success. Ron didn't get elected, but he definitely was the winner of 2008.

Yeah hehe that's the video that got me thinking about the issue last week. I run my own business and use googleadwords and google trends. I'm constantly doing some sort of SEO activity to improve my url rankings. That's why when I see a change from 800K-600k in 1 week, the red flags go up. I'm sure youtube was simply purging files to make room on their servers, archiving old information, to demonstrate more accurate information >.<

Over the past 4 years, MSM has been letting the public peak in pandora's box, hopefully we can break the hinges off the lid, this time around. Right now they use Ron Paul in the MSM to get hits and increase their rankings... They think he's Howard Beale and sooner or later, his ratings/rankings will drop... I think 2008 was just a test run, 2012 will awaken the sleeping giant, nothing will stop us!

I am talking this time. And I consider "winning" this time Ron Paul in the White House.

Maybe people like me got so pissed off that they deleted their accounts.

Then again I would have to give them a phone number to even do that...

I am so pissed off at google right now.
