There are tons of people at meetup.com (60K members) and myspace (ton of members) in support of Ron Paul. What if we advertise this forum to those people along with donation requests? We could bump the forums up by at least 20,000 members strong. That way it would be easier to organize online events or large national events or donation drives.

its a good idea... and I am sure the mods wouldnt mind the extra traffic and ad income. But some people just do not like forums. Plus, you think the fighting is bad now? What do you think it would be like with 20k people?

Good point about the fighting. We could make some stronger forum rules.

I think a mass email list among the grassroots would be a better route. I mean look at the November 5th thing, the guy has the ability to hit 7000 people with a message right now, we should work on something like that.

I haven't read the official campaigns privacy policy, but I'm willing to bet they have the largest such list. I'm not sure if they can legally share though. If not, maybe we can ask them to send a message to their list to cross-register with a grassroots list, or perhaps to opt-in to a grassroots program?

I'm fear those kinds of numbers....:(
We'd never be able to communicate!!! It'd be like the chat room during a debate!:p
