That in the State of ________ individual persons have the right to disobey any law that each individual finds is unconstitutional.

The government laws will become unenforceable because so many people will be encouraged to disboey them. There is no way for the feds to stop it because it would work itself out naturally.

interesting idea. I don't know how well that would work out, but interesting nonetheless

The nullification that some state really needs to do is a nullification of the federal income tax. Until that happens all the other nullifications will be pretty limited in what they accomplish, since they will still leave the citizens of those states paying for the fed's execution in other states of whatever it is they supposedly nullify.

Employers would stop witholding. No one would show up at an audit. No one would find anyone guilty and no one would buy any of the feds auctioned items. This might not happen quickly but it will work itself out naturally in time.
