Title's kind of misleading. He isn't denying CSPAN access to coverage, just denying them the ability to set up their own cameras for reactionary shots.

"Currently, the cameras used to cover House floor debates are owned and operated by Congress, and reactionary shots are prohibited."

Naturally it would be bad publicity if they allowed cameras to pick up shots of half or more empty chambers and the half that's there half a sleep. Doh.

This is what I though . I did think however , they agreed to let them add cameras some time ago ?
