So, essentially it will remain as it was? They aren't failing to, say, cover the subcommittee on domestic monetary policy? They just don't want MORE cameras showing that most of the few in the room are on blackberries, etc?

How empty the chamber is sometimes when some are speaking and during "debates". Representatives reactions to arguments, amendments being introduced, etc. The strong arming of members when votes are being held open. Stuff like that.
