I appreciate whomever updated the "Updated Chip-In (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/content.php?309-Updated-Chip-Ins-for-CPAC-Thread)" article on the front page.
Last week was pretty grueling and keeping on top of things was tough. If we are going to use this model for Iowa/etc., we could use more practice on the most efficient methods..
A large part of the fundraising depended on getting a snapshot of the current state of a fluid and chaotic effort. The linked thread above worked, but could be more informative, and keeping it current was a bear...
Bergie's thread (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?277010-Verified-CPAC-Chip-Ins-that-need-filled!-Help-our-Liberty-Family!)worked out well. He kept on top of it, with some help from moderators, but really it takes a team to keep on top of all this. SB has made a few different threads, but with his sig it gets confusing...
What I think might be best is for us to take the top linked thread, and use that as a template for something better. Clean and Informative. Appealing. Then, a regular member who will help keep it current, can post it...
We will need a team to help keep this primary link current, as things develop this team will make sure the OP remains as up to date as possible. I don't know if OP can edit a post after it is promoted to an article, if not, the article will need to be flagged when the forum OP is updated, they are not synched... Tinnuhana and Krippy have been doing a good job with the spreadsheet (https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Av8Fc-W8YDL5dFl1d1V1T3hRVTl3Z3UxTlptMmlGR3c&authkey=COnBur8F&hl=en#gid=1), that will need to stay current as well and we can use the data to The primary article could be more informative using that data from the spreadsheet, but that would add another layer of complexity to keeping it current...
Finally, for promotion I found it effective to reach out beyond this forum. Facebook, MeetUps, CfL, etc... While I will do what I can, I hope to see everyone who has already had a chipin filled, and those "speaking up for friends" to be doing a lot, also. The people I see working the hardest definitely catch my eye...
We really don't have very much to finish.
