A fox news team had a Molotov cocktail thrown at them by anti-gvmt protestors so ran away toward pro-gvmt protesters whe beat the shit out of them and put them in the hospital.

A ABC news team was kidnapped - not sure by who - and threatened with beheading.

The Gvmt is driving this with broadcasts blaming foreign media of meddling in the countries affairs and tarnishing it's reputation internationally.

Forecast for today - more riots, heavy downpour of rocks and firebombs.

All reports we're getting from Tahrir Square point to pro-Mubarak thugs hunting down journalists. In one instance they broke into the Rameses-Hilton chasing down anyone with a camera. CNN's Anderson Cooper has been roughed up by thugs. A swedish journalist was killed and a greek journalist was stabbed (or was it the other way round?)

Just a note, there's really no such thing as "pro-government protesters". They are hired thugs released from prison and paid cash in order to cause this disruption. They had made an earlier appearance at election time. I just obtained a video of one of them confessing after being caught by the demonstrators; will trranslate/sub and post soon.

Since last night there's no live feed from Tahrir. We're only in touch with people via mobile and occasionally via internet. Aljazeera Arabic reporter spent the night at Tahrir and this morning said they will indeed have live coverage of Friday's events.
