Rand giving speech on the Senate floor about Obamacare!

I think this is Rand's second floor speech. In the speech he references the constitution, and gives specific examples of how markets work in medicine from his private sector experience! This is what I expected Rand to do. Glad to see he is living up to his word (even though it is only his second speech).
