So these two plow guys have a dust up. Nobody hurt, nobody touched actually, guy threw a bucket of salt at the other guy's truck and broke a window.
Problem is, one of them is a member of the government class.
The other, just a Mundane.
So the solution? Pass a new felony law of course.
