UPDATE - Latest info is posted on this spreadsheet https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Av8Fc-W8YDL5dFl1d1V1T3hRVTl3Z3UxTlptMmlGR3c&hl=en&authkey=COnBur8F
UPDATE - Discounted tickets from C4L are sold out. We will need to regroup. Krippy says it well below:
At this point, I think it would be best to shift our focus to folks that have already purchased their tickets but need help with transportation or lodging. From there we focus on students that have yet to purchase tickets, since they are only $35. Essentially, we want to maintain a low dollars/votes ratio, while factoring in money already donated to incomplete ChipIns.
This is the primary list for active chip-ins. We have knocked out seven so far, today. This is a cleaned up continuation of this thread (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?277010-Verified-CPAC-Chip-Ins-that-need-filled!-Help-our-Liberty-Family!) where you can read some success stories.
Listings are links to introduction threads, and will change.

It took 5 donors for my chipin to fill and about 8 or 9 for some others to be filled. 49 donors is a lot.

Paul Stanton needs $130
Ian needs $250
Can we get an update from Invisible? Weren't there 30-40 students just needing transportation from York to CPAC in that group? That would come out to $100 a person. Good deal to get as many as possible there.
I can't donate anymore until pay check on Friday (your Thursday). You guys are doing a great job! Maybe a few of us can post on our blogs on C4L and see if it gets picked up for the front page.

Students can still get theirs for $11 through Gary Johnson's website, unless he's sold out, too (doubt it). Still, the biggest expense is the transport and housing. Can't find my bank card, so I can't see my balance unless I get to a bank before closing and get a balance. I just posted on my C4L blog about people coming to RPF and making donations. If everyone can help out, then on and after the 4th, those of us waiting on pay checks can pick up the loose ends and get this done.
Would anyone be interested in having a late night/early morning Chat Room convergence to talk this up and get it done? Maybe the 4th? I'm 13 hours ahead of the east coast, so some of those hours I'd be working, but if we could get over 100 people into the chat room, who knows what can happen?
Also, does YAL have any tickets remaining, or were all theirs through C4L?

Currently, the Chip-In total comes to about $172/person. I assume that includes ticket price, if tickets not yet bought. Let's see who's got tickets available: maybe some of the state C4L groups, like New York?

Haha, I wish I would have seen this earlier. I just did a spreadsheet as well.. I've got the dollar/vote for each ChipIn, but I'm waiting for clarification on status before posting the numbers.

Anyway, let's assume yours is better. Is there a way to save yours so it can be posted? Then any updates could be done to the total needed column instead of people having to go to each chip-in site to see what's happening. It would be faster for updating and for deciding where to donate.

is there away to go all out and get gary johnsons tickets to cpac etc and promise to support him as our second vote? Don't they give you a 1st choice and second choice? i suspect most gary supporters would already be voting ron paul first and gary second but for those that can pledge the second vote choice would make garys camp feel included:) just an idea

Yes, Google Docs automatically updates published documents every 5 minutes. We would simply post the published link and any changes we make the document would update in near real time. Also, try sending me an email through RPF since my PM box is full.

That's the idea, Michael; put it up front page like a money bomb counter, except in reverse, going towards "zero". How do I email Krippy through RPF? I'm so technologically illiterate!
What I have is a column for names/# of people per site; column for chip-in addy links; columns for total cost, amt. donated already, and amt. needed. I use "sigma" to total these at the bottom. I have included those filled as an encouragement and set sigma to ignore those in the totals. So if you've got something as good or better than that, just use yours. Sometimes I just OCD with stuff like this, like my lists of "Audit the Fed" co-sponsors. :D

Yes, we're filled. If the YAL promo comes through we'll have enough. We have 3 referrals, but only two have shown up as of last time I checked. My state director said he'd get it worked out, so we're good to go.

The York group are not students, and they haven't bought their tickets yet. His calculation was based on $89 tickets. The tickets are now $86 more without the discount, so I increased the goal accordingly ((86 x 3) + 335) = $593.
You're right about Christa's amount; it has has been corrected. Thanks.

My best friend Jason R (who I helped get elected to the Republican Party board here in town) needs assistance getting to CPAC. Tonight I finally convinced him to go but he will only go on the condition that he gets his chip-in filled -- his wife had to give him permission ;-) Like myself, he isn't able to afford this trip to vote for Ron Paul in the straw poll without financial assistance.
Jason is hardcore liberty and we met during the Ron Paul campaign in 2008 although we didn't really get to know each other and become friends until after the election was over. He turned me on the to very awesome Mike Church radio show as he actually knows a lot more about what's going on in the world than I do. He's only been to 1 event like this and that was the inexpensive FL Liberty Summit last year.
He is going with 2 other people to CPAC and of course I'll be there too (due to logistical difficulties and work/school schedules we are not all able to ride together). They need help with hotel room and parking fees specifically (it's freakin $30/day to park at the hotel!!!).

It's pay day! When do you all want to get together (maybe 4-6 hour range) in the chat room to take care of this? It would be nice to get over 100 people in there and start "chipping away" at the chip-ins. Not much has moved in teh past three days.

Thanks! The Spreedsheet for Cost Vote Ratio is nice to help make a decision on where to place chip-in monies. You should also include a column, for people who purchased tickets. I know ChristinaJade (Peterson) already has her tickets, not sure about the others. Also end date of chip-in is another factor, IMO end date should be extended out to feb. 9th on all of them!

Anyhow I'm in for another $100 this weekend and likely another $100 on tue or Wed. As I SPAM repeat myself, it is crucially important that every RPF member chip-in whatever they can ASAP, we're running out of time! This may very well be the event, that makes RP decide to run, LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Two urgent since their chip-ins end next week: Chris Gault and Jason R (Matt's friends): combined, it's $600 so that's $150 per person. Not bad. Can we get these filled this weekend? Christina's ends March 5th and everything else is a day or two after that. Brenton has ended his chip-in because of no donations.

In chat, someone said Chris gault has the necessary means to get to CPAC. I'd rather not cut him off without him having his say. If someone could ask him, tell him if he's capable of paying the rest, we can channel the money to "needier" cases? I'm going to do another update now.

I got some cash from an outside source so I updated my chip in to $100, to reflect so. Any help greatly appreciated.

Johnsgoat, I'll have to go back to check yours to make sure it's posted and that if so, I changed. It. This update is straight from the chip-in sites. Haven't been on the computer for the better part of a day and we finally had some sunshine today and this is so fantastic! This gives me confidence that it can be done: 19 more RP votes to CPAC...the gloves are coming off, Mittens :p

Ready to go sub-four digits! Let's close out Ian's and Christina's chip-ins tonight, eh?
I'm on my way to the doctor to see if my ankle's broken. If it's just a sprain, I'll have a little to throw in on this, too. Great work, All!

Amazing! ...but not unexpected. Let's finish this off.
Matt was saying someone still has $225 left but the chip-in site says filled. Three to go? Can a few people take care of the $50 need so we can then concentrate on the remaining? Got a class. Will check in later.

Yes this is awesome. This is a prime example of the Netroots putting Ron Paul in the prominence that he enjoys today.
