Bodog currently has Ron Paul listed at 12-1 odds to win the Republican nomination. Fairly good odds for someone that gets limited media exposure, other than to portray him as a kook. Although trailing the big names, he does have better odds than Mike Huckabee who has been the recipient of tons of positive press lately.
