Dear $username,

In order to convince Ron Paul to run in the Republican primary, then YOU need to come out for him at CPAC.

Congressman Paul lost the SRLC by one lousy vote to Mitt Romney.

Did you attend that event? If not, you have a chance to redeem yourself.

The Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) is right around the corner.

This is our best opportunity to influence the direction of the conservative movement. A strong liberty presence makes a powerful impact on conservatives unhappy with the direction of the Republican party and impressionable college students open to our ideas.

Ron Paul scored a major upset last CPAC by winning the presidential straw poll. In 2011, the presidential election will be kicking off, and candidates like Romney, Palin, and Gingrich will be pulling all the stops to try and claim victory.

It is essential that we turn out the vote for Ron Paul again this year in order to prove his credibility for the 2012 race.

You can find out how to obtain discounted tickets here: http://www.ronpaulforums.com/content.php?125

Tickets are $11 for Students and $89 for Adults.

If you don't act in time, you will need to purchase tickets directly from the ACU which are $35 for Students and $175 for Adults.

A number of established activists have received and some are still looking for assistance with lodging/travel expenses in the CPAC 2011 forum here: http://www.ronpaulforums.com/forumdisplay.php?301-CPAC-2011

If you can help in that department we would appreciate it!

Dear $username,

Ron Paul needs YOU to go to (CPAC) and vote for HIM in the straw poll.

In order to convince Ron Paul to run in the Republican primary, then YOU need to come out for him at CPAC. He has not decided to run for President yet, but if we win the CPAC straw poll we might be the deciding factor in running for President again in 2012!!!

At the Southern Republican Leadership Conference last year Ron Paul lost by 1 lousy vote to Mitt Romney.

Did you attend that event?
If not, you have a chance to redeem yourself.

The Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Washington, DC is less than 2 weeks away Feb 10-12 (straw poll voting is only on Thursday the 10th).

This is our best opportunity to influence the direction of the conservative movement. A strong presence by the liberty movement makes a powerful impact on conservatives unhappy with the direction of the Republican party and also on impressionable college students open to our ideas.

Ron Paul scored a major upset last CPAC by winning the presidential straw poll. In 2011, the presidential election will be kicking off, and candidates like Romney, Palin, and Gingrich will be doing anything they can to try and claim victory.

A number of established activists have are exchanging loding/travel plans with each other to coordinate and share rides. the word "then" needs to be removed from that sentence

Maybe you should up the pain or guilt a little bit by adding in a sentence or two about what will happen if we don't win it for Ron this year, such as the media using it to show he lacks credibility and that his support is fading. Also, it might be the deciding factor between Ron even running in 2012 or not, that their one vote could be the difference between Ron stepping into the presidential ring or staying home and allowing America to collapse. It needs to express how dire the situation is.

What is "in time"?

Overall, I liked the Collins additions except that i think he's wrong about voting being Thursday only and it would make more sence for the last day to get discounted tickets to be the 31st, as that's the last day of the month.

Kludges reductions also look good.

Not the best idea. A number of ppl have stated that they could make it friday, but not Thursday. Especially students that do classes MWF OR TR, and in the former case, can often blow off what happens F. ThuRsday is a class day that can't be missed for many.

For others, taking a day off next to a weekend isn't that big of a deal, but 2 days is.

If they can vote Fri, let them know or some won't come because they don't think they can vote.

The only problem with that is I know of a good half dozen people who bought tickets only after learning they could go for Friday only and come back Saturday because they couldn't get more than one day off work. They literally were not going to go. That is why I checked to make sure they could vote Friday morning.
