Actually this part has it 100% right. Genes are only predispositions for our traits and nothing is set in stone but greatly depends on the environment we grow up in, even talents are learned.

Ya, this was the best part of the film.. the rest is worth the watch just for fun, though there are strong criticisms of the free market throughout (easily debunked), lots of good stuff on technology and the movement is very anti-establishment.
The ending scene is great.. in fact if it could be 'stolen' and used in a film about the central banks and fiat currency, it would be sooo awesome in that context..

Genes and environment co-mingle in relation to behaviour. Your genes predispose you to certain types of behaviours. Experience (environment), PARTICUARLY early childhood experiences, bring out certain predispositions and/or reinforce them.
