Senate hearing on requiring Congressional approval of all new regulations

On c-span2 now, if anyone cares. Would require an up or down vote for anything new. Takes back control given away to regulatory agencies.

They really need to go back and approve all the previously enacted rules and regulations too...

If it goes through, it should at least slow down Congress.
