Even if House passed the Obama healthcare repeal today, it won't mean much of if this repeal dies in Senate as it may.
If both Ron and Rand Paul were in Senate today and most neocons already retired, balance of power would have shifted and US policy directions would have changed already.
Paul name has currency right now, Ron or Robert Paul should be seated in Senate at next opportunity.
