Palin has been called a pro violence extremist Christian in the past by some after she had made these godly remarks in support of Iraq war:

She however never spoke up against anti liberty measures introduced by Bush after Iraq war but now Palin is saying this by framing the liberty-security trade off in a new way:

"Recall how the events of 9/11 challenged our values, we had to fight the tendency to trade our freedoms for perceived security. And so it is today".

Do you agree with her in any way on this?

Does AZ shooting compare to 9/11?

How the hell does this have anything to do with 9/11?

I feel disappointed that I supported Palin's stupid crosshairs shit, now that she is completely getting hugely into this stupid shit.

Who cares? It sounds like she may be picking up a few of Ron's talking points. That can't be all bad.

I think the OP is insightfully suggesting that Ms. Palin is suggesting that murderous events can be used by the powers that be to take our civil liberties and enhance the police state apparatus. Thus the comparison of 9-11 and senseless shootings.

Yes. These certainly overshadow her most recent comments. Nice job on compiling the references.
