This is why I want the filibuster to remain as it is. And I want Rand to use it.

It didn't even hit a blip in the Senate, last time.

Dems filibustered part of it in 05 I think but it got overridden.

The Dems are trying to get rid of the filibuster with a rule game not used since WWI, the so called 'nuclear option'. Since establishment GOP aren't screaming about it, I think they secretly want to neuter it, themselves.

And yeah, I think he would filibuster it. I hope I'm not wrong.

We need to start screaming about it. When the Senate gets back into session we need to bombard Senators with phone calls urging them not to change the Senate rules.
