That is completely uncalled for. Instead of saying things that are offensive to other peoples personally felt beliefs, why don't you just show a little respect.

Illegal because state law . Certainly nothing someone needs to be in prison for consuming tax dollars .

I have never liked DeLay, but this is stupid; no one should be in jail for this, and Rick Perry needs to put an end to it.
