There is always Hay Joe, and one other that seems to be at the tip of my mind... Helter Skelter might also work, but I thought The Hill was most appropriate for a shooter that is totally bat shit crazy.

Of course the shooter seems to favor: "See the bodies drop", as unfortunately do a lot of our soldiers in armored and air cav units. Can't say I'm looking forward to their "re-integration" into society...
