LOL this guy is hilarious at the end. I skipped around so I don't know his argument for it but he basically says that public entity (if it even exists) owes us money. So when they bill us through taxes we can just ring them up and say you owe me just cancel out what you owe me.

I think this makes extortion rather apparent.
