A Raffle to get Activists to CPAC

Soon after Glen's win in North Carolina, I was talking to a friend who had donated. The conversation drifted to the need for RP to win CPAC and the importance of the grassroots self -organizing. I was asked to help out and told that if I got a couple dozen RP voters to go, this person would personally cover my costs. I have no deal for percentages, or cash, or what not, just a verbal commitment to not worry about expenses... For me, this is more about political capital than about how I am gonna get there, so I hope I can stir up quite a few more than a couple dozen...

I've been spread thin the last few months, so I've been fairly quiet about it here. I finally have been getting some time and created this incentive package to help sweeten the pot:

The first 25 (Adult) tickets bought using the code (3VOL) will get a free Ron Paul 2012 button

Sheesh... never thought of that. It seems the laws are written to prevent fraud. Given that I am making no money from it and am pretty much homeless, I wonder that, in the event some prosecutor decides it is worth their time, would they have a case? Further, in a worst case scenario, what is the worst that could happen to me? Hmmm...
