It actually looks like Detroit got hit by a bomb.

That's not fair. They selected the worst pictures of Detroit and the best of Hiro.

Sshhh!! We're not supposed to talk about that. At least, that is the impression I get, since I've never recalled seeing these images of a reborn Hiroshima again in our media, nor any discussions of how high (or low) the current radiation levels are.

I randomly picked an area of Detroit on google maps, as you drill down you can see nice green spots where houses used to be
