Police say a man stripped to his underwear at a Virginia airport checkpoint in a protest against security procedures.

Airport police said the man took off his shirt and pants at Richmond International Airport on Thursday. He had scrawled across his chest a reference to the Constitution's 4th Amendment protections against unreasonable search and seizure.

Police identified the man as 21-year-old Aaron B. Tobey of Charlottesville, Va. He told police he was a student at the University of Cincinnati.

Tobey was interviewed by airport police and federal authorities, issued a citation for disorderly conduct and released. He is scheduled for arraignment on Jan. 10.

This is how they are going to deal with these situations from now on. Just issue a ticket and move along. Instead of making a scene. They have effectively made this type of protest ineffective. Sad but at least their not beating people at the check points like I would have expected.

If you want to know the truth, I wrote what I did because I did believe that you were just wanting to look at pictures of some 21-year-old male flesh and it actually does bother me when people write that kind of thing (male or female), so I was calling you out on it. You say "I don't see evidence of this when some story about a nearly-naked woman is posted" but just because I haven't posted it on stories about women doesn't mean it doesn't offend me.

I happen to have a life outside of RPF so it's not like I click through all the threads to see if I can find someone making unnecessary sexual comments so I can be the RPF moral police. You just happened to make a comment that sounded sexual to me, and it's just pure coincidence that you're a woman and the video guy is a man. I would have most likely made the same comment to any of the guys on the forum.

The real difference is that they probably wouldn't have picked up on the fact that I was passing judgment.
