if you recall, this stems from the G 20 accord Obama unConstitutionally signed just months after taking office, purportedly letting the World bank regulate OUR financial sector.

I think the banks shouldn't have been bailed out. IF bailed out I think there should have been controls needed in the bailout language. I DO NOT think there should be 'global' banking regulations.
