You can buy ribcages at walmarts here in the US, they aren't just dumped in a pile though.

#6 is probably a common dry sausage. Ingredients are most likely lard with pork or duck meat. The darker kind might have blood, liver or both.

If you go through chinese markets you can find a lot of these items.

a product such as the Orange juice, free with cooking oil, is a common marketing tool in most countries. they are probably made by the same company.
can be any combination of products. not much different than a happy meal at McDo, or prizes in Cracker Jacks

I believe they use Chinese Characters to write Chinese letters. But email is catching on.
