One of the main characters thought it was the name of a prison.
It was actually a pretty funny scene.
I couldn't tell whether the movie is supposed to be a socialist-type argument against the big banks and bailouts or one that is more in our liking. Maybe the rest of you can watch the movie and share your thoughts? NOT the entire movie is like this though, just certain parts and especially the ending where it starts listing off all the places that the TARP bailout money went.
But about the title of this thread, I really got the feeling that it was poking fun at the people who still don't know what the Federal Reserve is. Maybe we will see more of this in future movies?
EDIT:
You can watch the scene here: http://www.free-tv-video-online.me/player/divxden.php?id=xmmdble24add
It starts at 16:00 and goes to 17:45
