is bizarro, its going to take an economic crisis for those idiots to wake up. I do not give a F*ck about 3,500 Kurdish fighters, its not our business. Republicans will get trounced, I want a third party run when these debates are over. Hunter has to quit, they are ignoring him.

Yea his last answer made me feel so much better about the debate. Most of the TV viewers agreed with Ron Paul.

I think Paul, after the Gay question, seemed much more relaxed and composed. I like this Paul better than the angry Paul, but thats just me.

guess we have to continue to expect the very worst from The Old Media. (that certifiably insane guy spoke again. they all had a pep rally from fox before the debate.)

What is the number to vote for Paul?

I just tivo'ed through the debate to catch RP's comments. I think people need to chill out. Sure, he didn't get many questions, but I thought he did fine. We can't expect that audience to cheer the noninterventionist foreign policy.

I never thought there would come a day when the people in the audience are MORE INSANE than the actual neocon moderators. incredible.

They were booing because they wanted to stay in the war? I don't get it.

I got disgusted with the debate and turned the ballgame on (only a little less disgusting). Hopefully this great closing statement will be posted on Youtube.

He should've asked Rudy what taxes he must raise to finance not only his proclaimed surge in military expenses, but also to pay for the astronomic deficit already accumulated for the interventionist foreign policy. Rudy explicitly refered to Ron Paul being wrong after the first question, saying that marriage is not only religios but also civil. He should definitely respond to such interactions from the poll leader. I'm sorry he didn't make anything out of Rudy's open invitations to get the spotlight on him and to make the post debate headlines in all MSM.

Haha you know what? the more i think about it the booing is the best thing fox news could've gave RP.

It made him stand out among the bullshitters, The only serious candidate with a brain.

He got booed but RP got his message across and that's the best we can hope for.

maybe we might lose these florida votes, but like the previous poster said, the booing might be to his benefit.

People on the other side of the spectrum, want to distance themselves from the republican candidates... and the booing is like a badge of honor.. for them

Paul finished as strong as anyone out there. That final answer was phenomenal.

He had an incredible finish, but I thought the initial response on Iraq was fairly weak because

1) It didn't mention how much we are spending there. Obviously Paul is strongest on that.
2) It didn't mention how many other countries we are involved with. Another strong point for Paul.
3) He didn't mention that congress never declared war. And that is the driving home point.

Fortunately I think he finally got to points 1 and 2 in his follow-up. I noticed he also stated how important it is to pay all due social security obligations for current seniors, which is critical given what NBC said about him.

I disagree on this one, it's not a very strong argument for most of America and I feel its a waste of his precious time to speak on it.
