He used to have a local MN show, but according to wikipedia: "On his February 17, 2009 episode of his show, Lewis announced that his show will be syndicated nationally, effective February 23, 2009. Since 2007, Lewis had been one of the most frequently used, and one of the most popular guest hosts of the Rush Limbaugh radio program, allowing him to reach a nationwide audience"
Unfortunately I couldn't find anything that reveals the depth of his listening audience

Did you notice how Lewis asked him in third person with "Is Ron Paul going to run" rather than saying "are you going to run."

The Paul replied back in third person jokingly, and it seemed to confuse Lewis.
